Logis-Tech Tokyo 2023 -The 3rd INNOVATION EXPO-

Mitsuboshi Belting Ltd. will exhibit at Logis-Tech Tokyo 2023 (The 3rd INNOVATION EXPO) to be held on Wednesday, September 13 to Friday, September 15, 2023.

In this exhibition, we will mainly introduce " Conveying Products", "Power Transmission Products", "Structural Foam Molding Products", and “Engineering Plastic Products". We will also exhibit a wide variety of other products and look forward to your visit.

Main Exhibits

■High-Performance Inclined Conveyor Belts 　

・Special elastomer with a herringbone pattern are combined for the cover surface.

・The pattern on the belt surface allows for highly inclined conveying.

・The back of the belt is made of a special fabric.　

・Friction noise between the belt table and the backside of the belt can be significantly reduced.

・Environmentally friendly light conveyor belt that uses plant-derived polyurethane. 　

・There is no difference in physical properties compared to polyurethane used in existing light conveyor belts.

■Elastic Belt

・This is a roller conveyor with a fixed shaft-to-shaft distance, and the belt can be extended for installation and use.

・This belt was developed based on the concept of high transmission capacity for the compact MEGA TORQUE series.　

・The reduced belt width enables the machine to be manufactured more compact.

■Structural Foam Molding Products
～ Can replace metal parts and thermosets ～

・It has unique features due to foaming and low-pressure molding.　

・ The rigidity achieved by thick-wall molding enables the replacement of metal parts.

■Engineering Plastic Products（Bearing-less Pulleys）
～ Excellent sliding properties and abrasion resistance ～

・Parts-less： The number of parts can be reduced by eliminating the need for bearings, making it possible to reduce costs. 　

・Defects-less ： Prevents snaking and damage to the belt due to rust, foreign matter entrapment, and corrosion.
　
・Oil-less： The self-lubricating property of the material itself maintains high sliding performance without lubrication.
