iREX2023 -INTERNATIONAL ROBOT EXHIBITION 2023-

Mitsuboshi Belting Ltd. will exhibit at iREX 2023 (INTERNATIONAL ROBOT EXHIBITION) to be held on Wednesday, November 29th to Saturday, December 2nd, 2023.

■Timing belts for robots : MEGA TORQUEGⅡ
MTS3M and MTS5M
(Coming Soon )
This belt was developed based on the concept of increasing the transmission capacity of the conventional MEGA TORQUE G (MTS3M and MTS5M). This new product is specially designed for driving vertically articulated robots and SCARA robots.
With high jumping performance and low dust generation, it is ideal for driving robots.
■Special Urethane belt for crawlers
This is a polyurethane timing belt suitable for crawler robots. It is manufactured by integral molding using a mold, which provides high durability and a wide variety of lug patterns. The use of colorable polyurethane allows the belt to be colored as you desired.
■SF(Structural Foam) Molding Products
SF molding enables thick-wall molding, which is difficult with conventional molding methods, and is especially suitable for robot housings, which require high strength. The rigidity achieved by thick-wall molding also makes it possible to replace metal parts.
