This high-durability Heat Press Cushioning Material features an aramid fiber cloth surface layer.Combining high strength and excellent wear resistance with appropriate flexibility, it conforms to fine surface irregularities and height differences during pressing, ensuring uniform pressure distribution.
It offers outstanding durability and resists permanent deformation even under repeated heating and pressurization cycles, enabling a long service life. This cushioning material is well suited for PCB and CCL manufacturing processes, as well as precision pressing applications requiring the mitigation of minute stresses and distortions.
