Heat Press Cushioning Material
(Fluororesin-impregnated Glass Cloth)

This Heat Press Cushioning Material features a fluoropolymer-coated glass cloth surface layer.
The smooth surface and excellent release properties contribute to improved surface appearance quality and reduced cleaning requirements in multi-stage hot-pressing processes for copper clad laminates (CCLs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
In addition, its reusability helps improve productivity and reduce waste generation.

Features

  • Continuous Use at 230°C
Designed to withstand continuous operation at temperatures up to 230°C, providing excellent cushioning performance and durability even under high-temperature conditions.
  • Available in Large Sizes
Available in sizes up to 1300 × 2800 mm, making it suitable for multi-up substrates and large-scale pressing processes. Flexible sizing options are available to accommodate various equipment specifications and product dimensions.
  • Excellent Dimensional Stability After Pressing
The smooth surface and stable cushioning characteristics help minimize warpage and dimensional variation after pressing. This ensures dimensional stability in multilayer substrates and laminated materials, contributing to improved product quality and yield.
  • Compatible with Vacuum Handling Systems
The smooth surface layer minimizes air leakage, enabling transport and automated loading using vacuum suction systems. This high compatibility with automated equipment helps reduce labor requirements, prevent positional misalignment, and support clean manufacturing environments.
