Silver Nanoparticles (for conductive materials)

Silver Nanoparticles (for conductive materials)

Mitsuboshi Belting's silver nanoparticle MDot® is a silver nanoparticle dispersion produced by our proprietary process. It has excellent low-temperature sintering properties and functions as a sintering aid for various conductive pastes (wiring/electrode formation, die attach) that require low resistance and high thermal conductivity at low temperature heating below 200℃. As a key material in the field of advanced electronics, it contributes to further technological innovation by our customers.

Features

・Low-temperature sintering: Silver nanoparticles begin to fuse with each other at 80~100℃, resulting in conductivity.
・Excellent dispersion stability: Available as a paste・slurry dispersed at high concentration in various polar solvent liquid resins.
・Stable quality: Abundant mass production results to prove our reliability.
・Particle size lineup to suit your application.
・Competitive price proposal: Optimal cost as a continuous use material for mass production by establishing our unique mass synthesis process.

Achievement・Examples of Applications

・Conductive pace for wiring formation
・Conductive adhesive
・Die attach paste
・Conductive paste for forming internal terminal electrodes of passive components

Precautions

・To ensure dispersion stability and quality stability, the product is supplied as a paste or slurry dispersed in a solvent or liquid resin.
