The MDot™ series of silver nanoparticles is a silver nanoparticle dispersion uniquely developed by Mitsuboshi Belting. By leveraging its characteristic of easy sintering even at low temperatures below 200°C, using it as a component in silver paste can achieve reduced resistance and enhanced thermal conductivity during low-temperature sintering.
Additionally, we offer a range of products that utilize this feature for applications such as wiring and electrode formation, die attach, and passive components.
