Standard Grade

Cast-Nylon NB Cast-Nylon UD

This is a standard grade with lower mechanical strength and lower physical properties at high temperatures than regular nylon 6. Low residual strain, excellent dimensional stability, and easy processing. There are two grades: the blue NB grade with pigment added and the ivory-colored UD grade without pigment added.

Caution

・If the product will not be used for a long period of time, consider the effects of water absorption.
・Water absorption treatment may cause discoloration.
・To comply with food sanitation, boil the product in hot water at 100°C for at least 1.5 hours before use.
