HYPERFLEX™Coupling

HYPERFLEX™ Coupling has two types.
MT type is a compression stress type, which enables compact design with large transmission torque.
MH type model uses shearing stress of elastic rubber. 

Construction

●MT type
・Flange material is gray cast iron (FC250).
・Two types of materials are available for the elastic body: synthetic rubber and oil- and abrasion-resistant polyurethane.

●MH type
・Flange material is gray cast iron (FC200).
・Standard elastic body type consisting of synthetic rubber alone and super type (MHP type) consisting of synthetic rubber with an iron core for reinforcement.
