By setting the belt angle to a high angle of 60°system, the vertical pressure between the belt and the side wall surface of the pulley is kept small. This results in less deformation of the belt, more uniform force on the cord, and less friction for both the belt and pulley.

・The main material is polyurethane elastomer, which is resistant to ozone and ultraviolet rays and has high abrasion resistance.

Material Construction

Back cog : The material is polyurethane. The cog shape improves flexibility. It also has a heat dissipation effect.
Cord : Specially treated polyester cord with low elongation and resistance to bending fatigue.
Core rubber : Polyurethane with high wear resistance and high coefficient of friction.
Reinforcing fabric・・・Polyamide fiber that increases rigidity in the width direction and ensures stable running.
