MEGA TORQUE G has excellent transmission capacity compared to the SUPER TORQUE G. Therefore, it is possible to narrow the width of belts and pulleys and to make compact designs. In addition, the MTS3M, MTS8M, and MTS14M can use the SUPER TORQUE Timing Pulley as it is.

The use of carbon cord suppresses belt elongation and enables high load transmission. In addition, by using a special compounded rubber, about 1.5 times the transmission capacity of the MEGA TORQUE G has been achieved. Therefore, the belt width can be designed to be narrow. Abrasion resistant and low-friction fabric is used to improve durability under heavy loads.

MEGA TORQUE GⅢ is the highest grade of STPD* tooth profile belts. By increasing the torque, it is possible to narrow the belt width, enabling a compact design and reducing the weight of the machinery. Additionally, it reduces belt noise, suppresses the mounting tension and minimizies the load on bearings. It can be used with SUPER TORQUE Timing Pulley.
