MAXSTAR WEDGE pulley/MB Bushing
For more effective use of the MAXSTAR WEDGE belts, we have adopted a bushing system and standardized the pulleys.
It can be easily attached to and detached from the shaft with a single wrench.
Features

It can be easily attached to the shaft of the pulley with a single wrench. It also can be easily removed and the man-hours can be reduced.>
・No damage to shaft or shaft hole
When it is attached to the shaft, it goes in smoothly, and by tightening the tightening bolt, it is tightened firmly using the taper, so there is no slight wear at the fitting part during use and the life of the shaft is extended.
・No shaft hole processing is required
The bushing is machined with a shaft hole and keyway matching the standard shaft diameter, so no machining is required at the time of use.
・Easy centering of rotating body
The position of the rotating body such as the pulley on the shaft can be changed smoothly, and centering can be done easily.
